Our Gift To You! The Makana Customer Value Card

In Hawaii, the word makana means gift and we've created a gift to show you we truly value your business. Every customer is assigned a Makana card to be kept here at Malama Day Spa.

How it works:

After each visit to our spa, (whether the treatment you received was at full price or special pricing, OR even if you redeemed a gift certificate), we'll make a note on your Makana card. Each time you complete five separate services, we'll award you a coupon good for one free mini facial. You can use this coupon yourself or gift it to a friend!

And YES, it's retroactive!!! We've gone back through our appointment books to our first day of business and accounted for each and every one of your appointments. :) This means some of you are REALLY close to getting your first FREE mini facial! And just in time for the Holidays!

The "fine print".......Five complete, separate services (not five separate visits) for a total of five points are all it takes to earn the free mini facial coupon. Each of the following counts as one point:

Malama Day Spa's New Hours

Aloha Everyone! We realize how important it is to be flexible in our business. To provide the best service and accomodate as many clients as possible, we are changing our hours of operation. As of November 22, 2010 we will be serving you:

Monday 10 am - 4 pm

Tuesday 11 am - 7 pm

Wednesday 10 am - 4 pm

Thursday 10 am - 4 pm

Friday 10 am - 4 pm

We will be closed on Saturdays and Sundays for the winter months. Of course, special appointment times can always be requested for your convenience. Call us at 503-325-8233. Mahalo for your kokua!

Aloha! Malama Day Spa is officially a member of the Astoria Warrenton Chamber of Commerce as of yesterday! Every business person I've spoken to and every small business manual recommends becoming a member and staying involved in your community. Check out the Chamber's website. I'm the proud wife of a Coastie. :) I had the privilege of meeting some kindred spirits yesterday at the Welcome Aboard potluck in Astoria. For those not able to attend, I just wanted to remind everyone that Malama Day Spa offers a 10% discount towards any service to all members of the Armed Services and their Dependents.  And during the week of October 19-23rd, that discount is increased to 30% off all skincare and waxing services in celebration of the USCGC Fir returning home.
